Logistics 4.0 – Build Whatever You Want
The 13th edition of the Innovations for Logistics (In4Log) event in 2025 will take place under the motto: “Logistics 4.0 – Build Whatever You Want. Unlimited Imagination.”
The In4Log Zone is a permanent feature of the MODERNLOG Trade Fair for Logistics, Transport and Storage. This unique area showcases various live logistics processes. Its main purpose is to communicate to investors that any warehouse space can be creatively designed and customized. Ultimately, it’s up to us how we build and structure each zone within a warehouse.
Fantastic Warehouses
We live in an on-demand economy that gives logisticians a thrilling challenge. This business model, where online platforms connect suppliers and customers to deliver services, creates enormous pressure on warehouse operations, which must handle ever-growing volumes of goods — quickly and flawlessly.
This is why recent years have brought intense pressure for technological innovation in internal logistics, particularly in automation, robotics, and digitalization. But for these elements to deliver the expected operational outcomes, proper integration is key. Disparate components must be unified into a cohesive and efficient system — and that’s exactly how operational excellence is achieved in the spirit of Industry 4.0.
The central theme of this year’s Innovations for Logistics 2025, co-organized by Medialog Publishing House and the MTP Poznań Expo will revolve around innovations in internal logistics, modern picking techniques, and the organization of internal flows. For the first time in the event’s history, the concept will draw from the spirit of childhood play: “Build whatever you want. Unlimited imagination.”
Automation for Everyone
Modern internal logistics management isn’t just about having the latest equipment. Achieving a competitive edge is increasingly difficult, because automation alone doesn’t solve problems within warehouse flows — and it’s certainly not a value in itself. Human involvement and deliberate decisions remain crucial for improving process efficiency.
The In4Log space will feature real-world equipment to carry out each stage of warehousing, packaging, and internal transport. This unique live demonstration model will replicate the critical processes that take place within internal logistics. To achieve this, 10 technology partners have been invited to participate: Anter System Polska, Captron, ISL Innovative Logistics Systems, Loading System, ID Lifting, Vincent, Aformic, Red Steel, Masklogik, and TCM Agroma Polsad.
These companies offer machinery and devices that automate key areas of internal logistics, along with deep expertise and best practices in their implementation and integration.
In4Log aims to inspire and spark new ideas. After all, modern internal logistics isn’t about merely owning high-tech devices — the real value lies in mastering how to integrate them into higher-level systems, which is the essence of Industry 4.0.
This year’s demonstrations will show how to influence key performance parameters such as: Throughput, internal flow speed, internal delivery lead Times and picking accuracy
